We are very happy with the services my Dad Robert Altishin has. He is taken care of like he part of the family. The staff is remarkable. Friendly very caring. We lost my step Mom last December and the staff did an amazing job with comfort to Terry and the family. We are very to have my Dad living here.

My mom was having some reservations about moving into assisted-living, however Jessica really made her feel welcome, and at home, and really took an interest in her when she showed us around the facility. She even came out to our house a couple of times to take care of some paperwork so that my mom didn’t need to make the trip in herself. Everybody has been amazing. The nursing staff, the dining room staff, and she could not be happier here. Thanks to everyone for everything, it was a great move for her!

In December 2025, after researching many other facilities, our parents were willing to move from their wonderful home into an independent living apartment at Cascadia Village Senior Living. When first gathering information about this location, my wife and I found Jessica Clemence to be extraordinarily informative, knowledgeable, flexible, pleasant, readily available and very caring. Our parents have been very happy living at Cascadia Village and have found the staff to be attentive, friendly and very responsive. The Cascadia Village staff and residents closely resemble a well-functioning family. After only two months, our parents have decided to stay for the rest of their lives, even stating that Cascadia Village would be a warm and caring place to live, when they need to move to the assisted living side at some time in the future. I credit the small size of the facility, the friendly, effective and devoted staff, as well as our parents' new-found flexibility, for this highly succesful life transition. Frank Cooper

When I went to visit my aunt the other day, I was so happy with her care staff. They were so attentive and friendly. Which saddens me even more to say there was 2 staff members standing around near an office speaking so awful and casually about other staff members. It was so inappropriate and made me sad to see that could possibly be the environment my aunt is living in. One of the girls had a med cup in one and hand, and the others name tag said “scheduling coordinator” I sure hope that’s no one in upper management, because I can’t imagine that’s how a company would want their staff to be acting in front of family members.

I have been visiting the residents at this facility for many years now and have never had an issue ever. The staff has always been welcoming, friendly and treated the residents very well. During the holidays they go out of their way to make things festive. Easter was one of my favorites because they had an Easter Bunny walking around handing treats out to the seniors and taking pictures with them.
