I am so grateful to meet with Home Matters to talk about a caregiving plan for my elderly parents. One of the owners was engaging and showed compassion towards my parents during the assessment. His calm demeanor provided a smooth introduction into setting up in-home care for both my parents. Home Matters owners are very responsive with my questions and concerns and offer support, they are available 24/7! The caregiver assigned to my parents is the perfect fit for my parents and their needs. The caregiver is highly qualified with a tender heart and understanding. I worked with Home Matters in March 2026 when my father, who suffered from dementia, dizziness, and other ailments, needed more assistance than I could provide. I called Home Matters and spoke with Tamara, who reassured me she could help our family — and within less than a day, we had care set up at his home. The caregivers were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and skilled at communicating effectively with my dad as he navigated memory loss. With around-the-clock care in place, everything went very smoothly. I cannot thank Tamara enough for how easy she made the entire process, and most importantly, her team ensured my father was safe and well cared for. I would recommend Home Matters to anyone seeking caregiving services at their residence.

Home Matters Caregiving deserves so many more stars! My dad has been able to postpone moving to an assisted living facility due to the hard work of the caring people that work for Home Matters. Their flexibility and willingness to work with us to put together a care schedule that will fill all of my dad’s needs was remarkable. These are truly caring and professional people!!!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Home Matters Caregiving! Tamara has been warm and professional since our first contact. She is extremely vigilant ensuring that my family member has the care he needs even when his regular caregiver is unavailable (which is very rare!) His caregiver, Edie is a trusted friend to him and also helps him with daily care while maintaining his dignity. He really looks forward to her visits as she provides essential assistance and someone to talk to and add joy to his otherwise often dull days. Six months ago my family member was reluctantly considering moving from independent living to assisted living and the help we have received from Home Matters has allowed him to remain independent at 96 years old.

Finding the right fit for a caregiver or multiple caregivers seems like a daunting task when you suddenly need help and aren’t prepared for it. Enter in Home Matters! Tamara came and spent a good amount of time with my 87 yr old mom and I after her fall that resulted in a broken hip and some needed help for awhile! We have had a great experience with the caregivers And if there was a caregiver that maybe wasn’t as great of a fit, I just communicated that and a better match was made. My mom has felt very comfortable with her caregivers and they have provided a great deal of help during a scary time for her. I was able to stay for several days on multiple occasions and watch them with her And everybody has been very respectful empathetic and capable. The Schedule changed Over the weeks as mom needed less Help and Tamara was very easy to work with to Adjust the schedules to fit Mom’s needs. We appreciate The willingness to work with our changing schedule and all of the effort to make this a great fit for Mom. Home Matters provides a piece of mind Knowing that if we ever need more help We have a capable, quality, and trusted company to turn to for our caregivers. Several people use them in my mom’s independent living community! One of my mom’s friends is also very happy with them Thank you Home Matters!
