I’ve had such a wonderful experience every time I’ve been to The Springs at the Waterfront. The property itself is beautiful and the location is fantastic, food amazing - but what has really stood out to me is the customer service!!<br><br>There is a blonde woman who works at the front, and although I unfortunately don’t know her name, I felt like she deserved to be recognized. Every single time I’ve seen her, she has gone above and beyond — not just for me, but for the other guests around her as well. She is incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly cares about making sure people feel taken care of, and that kind of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.<br><br>It’s the little things that make a place memorable, and having someone greet you with warmth, patience, and a willingness to help can completely change your experience. She is an incredible representation of hospitality and absolutely an asset to this property.<br><br>Beautiful property, wonderful location, and exceptional service. I would absolutely recommend and will happily return!

I can’t say enough good things about The Springs at the Waterfront. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with smiling faces that make you feel like you’re right where you belong.<br><br>Everyone who works there is so kind and caring. The servers are always friendly and make every meal enjoyable. The care staff is amazing—they truly care about the residents and treat them with so much compassion and respect.<br><br>The concierge team is one of the best parts. They’re always happy to help, answer questions, or just brighten your day with a smile. You can tell they genuinely love what they do.<br><br>What really stands out is how warm and welcoming everyone is. You don’t just feel like a visitor—you feel like family. And when you leave, you’re sent off with a friendly “Goodbye! Come back soon!” that makes you look forward to your next visit.<br><br>The Springs at the Waterfront is a beautiful community with even more beautiful people. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place where residents are truly loved and cared for.

The Springs at the Waterfront has such a warm, family-like atmosphere. Every person I met, from the front desk to the dining room and care team, was friendly, caring, and happy to help. You never feel like just another visitor—everyone takes the time to say hello and make you feel welcome.<br><br>It’s clear the staff work hard to create a place where residents can truly enjoy life. The building is beautiful, the food is great, and the people are what make this place so special. I always leave with a smile and can’t wait to come back.
