Nurses great , staff excellent , physical therapy awesome , the only complaint I can come up with is that most of the food could more seasoning.

An overall 4.7 . . . this review is May 2026 (and updated June), but based on my observations and experiences over the last four years. Out of respect for all patients, I’m not posting any photos as I typically do with reviews. My dad (now 89) has had several periods of rehab residence at Beacon Brook. I doubt that any facility in our health care chain is perfect, and look hard enough and we’ll always find flaws, but I’ve seen staff who really do care for the residents, really do listen and work patiently with families, and I can sleep at night knowing my dad is in good, caring, supportive hands until he can be back at home, where he most wants to be.

Very pleasant visit to a dear friend who is there 4 Rehab. Facility is clean & cheerful from what we saw. Everyone was friendly especially the receptionist who appeared to know many residents by name & who inquired how our visit was & told us when we were leaving to "please come back again" & of course we will😊

Visited our friend Paul who was in good spirits and told us that he's been treated well and that he hopes to be home soon and with the great help he's getting it could be soon

I have been in plenty of extended care facilitys and I have to stay. I would give this one a five star. He was extremely clean. There was no smell of urine people were up and out in the hallways, not stuck in bed. I was very impressed.
