Clean and well kept. Very pleasant associates. Fast movement into room. Very responsive to my requests. Nice country setting outside. Parking garage Very helpful for visitors. Could use better lighting. Would have preferred a live person in lobby to help and control evening visitors. Convenient and clean rest rooms in reception area.

I would like to give a shout out to Nieves at BHC for her kindness to my sister in law. When I saw her the other day she was in great spirits and I noticed that her hair looked so pretty. She told me that Nieves had blown it dry and styled it for her. She told me how much she appreciates Nieves and all that she does for her. It is a huge deal to gain my sister in law's trust. Nieves really goes the extra mile to be kind and it is so much appreciated by myself and our entire family. Thank you Nieves! You are truly a superstar! I also want to say that Bethel Health Care Center is top notch for cleanliness, medical treatment and kindness - I hear that the food is great too! Thank you all for what you do! You are really a stand out facility!!! : ) XOXOXO

All the staff is amazing! I have been here several times and I can't say enough, they have become like family to me.. The nurse's aides: Natalie, Emily, Frances, Jeder, and JR. Are the best! Nancy the concierge is a very helpful and kind lady.. Aura from recreation keeps me feeling pretty, she does a wonderful job with my nails, she is also very kind and brings me magazines all the time. Ro the nurse is a wonderful man, he is always there when I need him. He is also very caring and lends his shoulder to lean on when needed. Jess the nurse is always very good and on top of things! There are many more I could go on and on... This is definitely the place to be they always get me back up and going again. I definitely recommend Bethel health care for anyone in need for rehab, the physical therapy department is excellent!! Thank you ❤️

My mom was in Bethel Healthcare for almost a month. The staff always went above and beyond! She was on the rehab floor to help her with her mobility after surgery. Special shout out to Audrey and Lucky on the Therapy Team! Thanks again for everything!

This is my second time at Bethel Health Care. This time I stayed longer over a month and few weeks, the care and love of the nurses, aides, housekeepers and management was fabulous. Everyone I encountered was greeted with smiles and laughter. I truly will miss a lot of the staff members and I appreciate all the care that was given to me, with physical therapy, occupational therapy, the secretary and APRNS. Thank you bethel healthcare for getting me back on my feet, some of you gave me inspirational words that helped me throughout my days, when I was down. I deeply appreciate all that. You guys do a fantastic job, keep up the great work.
