I was very disappointed with the condition of this rehab center. The smell of urine throughout the facility its sooo strong and unpleasant, making it feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. A rehabilitation center should provide a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for patients and families, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that. I hope management takes cleanliness and patient care more seriously moving forward.

I really was worried about my daughter. But when I visit your rehabilitation facility. My mind was at ease. The staff was wonderful the care that she is receiving. As a mother I can sleep 😴 better. God bless you all. Please keep my daughter in your prayers.

I hadn’t been up there in about a year and a half so not sure how things are now BUT I can only speak on my experience and what I’ve seen, the six years my mother was there may she rest on I only had two complaints. She had dimentia and kidney disease since 2017 before she entered the nursing home which progressed and we later found out about because she didn’t tell us or she didn’t know. She had only one bed sore being there. I check her body a few weeks before she passed and I seen no sores that I’m aware of. Everyone has different reviews but for the most part things were cool and I’m grateful. 🫶🏾 Because I know two people personally whose loved ones were in facilities and treated badly and weren’t as sick as my mother. Only thing I can say is she came into the facility with her ID and wallet which the staff couldn’t find I’m a bit bummed out about that but it’s nothing I can do. Either way thank you Maefair for taking care of my mother. Wishing everyone the best experience here with their loved ones. Wishing the staff peace a blessings when taking care of others. Warmest🫶🏾

Ms. Jeane is a true treasure. She’s very sociable. I enjoy how she interact with the residents of all types of disabilities making them feel included in the current activities. She always makes sure to disinfect everything before and after any activities or events including when it’s time to eat. She’s easy to talk to with any concerns and helps extend to the proper channels of authority and personnel. She’s a lovely addition to Maefair’s short and long term residence in which I can’t say the same for others.
