I was very impressed with the facility. Years ago my dad was in there and I rated it as just OK. I found this time very updated, very clean, and no unpleasant odors. I saw nurses/AIDS to be plentiful. Overall, if I have to be in one in the future I would certainly choose Milford healthcare. The patient we visited, looked very well cared for also.

Finding the right rehabilitation facility can feel incredibly overwhelming - but if you are considering Milford Health and Rehabilitation Center, look no further. My mom stayed here following hip surgery, and I cannot say enough about the level of care she received. The entire facility is exceptional. It is spotless, well-run, and truly feels like a place where people genuinely care. What stood out most was the compassion and attentiveness from every single person we encountered. From the nurses to the aides to the housekeeping staff - including the front desk team - everyone led with kindness, patience, and respect. It made such a difference during a time that could have been very stressful for our family. The physical therapy team is absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and deeply invested in patient progress. My mom felt supported every step of the way, and her recovery reflects that level of care. There were so many incredible people who helped my mom that it’s impossible to name everyone, but I do want to recognize a few who made a lasting impact: Paulette, Chrissy, Diane, Joy, Marie and Dyan, - thank you for your care and kindness. And a very special callout to Lindsay, the social worker - she is truly exceptional. Her support, communication, and advocacy went above and beyond anything we could have expected. She made such a meaningful difference for our family. This facility exceeded every expectation we had. If you are searching for a rehabilitation center for a loved one, this is the place.

When my husband recently became an amputee, we were looking for a place for mental/physical rehabilitation. To which, we were greeted with a huge welcoming smile by Director LEEANN CAPPOLA/HER TEAM…MILFORD HEALTH AN REHABILITATION CENTER. At this point we definitely knew we were in the right place!!! ALL of the staff were organized, on point with my husband treatment plan goals, communication, physical therapy, medical, hygiene, food prep menu, daily scheduled activities and most of all super sweet all day any day. PS MHRC maintenance department exceptional too (SPOTLESS)!!! Recommend all loved ones family/friends to Milford Health and rehabilitation center.
