It hurts my heart to see these elderly people in this place. It needs to be cheered up . People slumped in wheelchairs lined up in the hallways staring at walls. It needs a little music and decor - the activity room looks like a depressing abandoned room that I would never want to go in. The people working there are very nice, it needs to come from above, hire a teacher over the summer to decorate this place like they do their classroom. Put a little fun and effort in for these lonely bored people. This place screams “FORGOTTEN”

As the daughter of a resident who has experienced many rehab and nursing facilities in the area, I can confidently say this is by far the best one. My mother has been a resident here for over two years, and the care she receives is warm, friendly and doing the best they can with the resources they have. The staff is compassionate and attentive. Every employee deserves recognition and a raise for their hard work and dedication. Shoutout to Simone, Paul, Sandra, Tanya, Melissa, Pauline, Steph etc!!

I came to visit with a friend her mom has been in civita for rehab during my visit I had a tour with a woman directly across the room from where my friend mom was so very nice her name was Sally Vanderclock what a pleasure she made the visit. very pleasant and the place is very clean.

My mom was here for a few days. First day everything was perfect. She had her own room. She was in good spirits. Unfortunately what she experienced in the evening when I wasn't able to be there was horrendous! She was forced to shower when she didn't feel well. My mom came in to rehabilitate after an (Aortic Dysection Surgery) they had an aid use a hoyer lift on my mom when she came in walking (makes no sense) PT came in while she was being handled. And immediately told them they can't do that due to her surgery. And put warnings everywhere in her room. The day shift is good. PT is excellent. If you are considering sending anyone you love there. Please be there as much as possible. Especially in the evening!! My mom did have anxiety after her surgery. 80/90% of people who have her type of surgery don't make it. So she is well aware. Which of course caused her to be anxious. But the mom that I left at the rehab wasn't the same mom I picked up. This facility made her recovery so much worse!!!!

This place has been a huge help to my great aunt who's been seeking treatment here. I do not have to worry even 1% about her since I know the kind, caring, and always loving staff is constantly giving her the absolute best care possible. They consistantly go above and beyond! Taylor, Cody, Lisa, and so so many others at this facility have been immensely professional and they are all so detail oriented it's amazing! When it comes to my great aunt, it is like they know her already as long as I have! Honestly, I have nothing else to say except a total 10/10 experience all around. Thank you Civita!
