The Management Lacks people skills . The PCA's most inexperienced Ever. We agreed I could bring in some of my own people which was good for me not so good for Ebenezer. They made less money. They said to me they where not getting anything out of it . They sent girls that smoked in the house walked around bare foot ,talked nasty to my 95 year old mom ETC. In the end I discontinued services. I believe they where not a good fit for my mother and I. Mother is almost 96 now with a bad hip. Limited use of left side from a stroke ,so she can be difficult. They just stop talking to me stopped responding. I would find another company for Senior care . You can do better!
