My parents moved to Split Rock just over 2 mths ago- they are so happy! The staff, the activities the food and the nursing staff are wonderful! My family couldn’t be happier with the decision my parents made to move here.

A very comfy, homelike atmosphere abounds where the staff knows everyone by first name. Aides and nurses are attentive and listen to both residents and family members. The social programs are engaging and entertaining. The food is outstanding. Management is responsive to both patient and family requests and needs. Loved ones are taken care of like family. An excellent assisted living facility. Highly recommend
