Regency and their staff always go out of their way to make family and friends feel welcome, especially with the family based activities they have for the staff and patient family members. My grandchildren have participated in a few, but the recent Easter egg hunt they held was wonderful. It is a magnificent experience to let my mom ,their great grandma ,see them participate and feel part of their lives. It makes all the difference in the world. Congratulations to Nikki on a job. Well done for Easter..

When I enter the Facility the young lady at the front desk greeted me with the smile. I met some of the staff there they all was very pleasant. The place was nice and clean. I came around lunchtime. The food was very presentable and the lady that I visit said it tasted good and it was nice and hot so I will give them a five star.

My faith in the caring profession (Dr, nurse...) was diminished at Gaylord but going to regency renewed it. The staff there is caring, thorough, attentive and they are Always very helpful. 2 improvements I suggest is question all people entering the front door and having someone perhaps walk around alerting and encouraging residents to participate at in-house activities. Residents with neuro or organization issues are not necessarily watching the clock or calendar . Overall I'm giving regency a 9.5 out of 10 !!
