I will no longer be creating maps reviews. There is a profile using my first name and some previous content that is not under my control. Besides, I work hard to get along with people. No point in fighting with people or providing negative feedback. People either want to provide the services they were hired to and work with an individual, or not. I provided 4 stars because I feel this agency and their care givers have the potential to provide excellent care. Edit: I had serious issues with identity theft with a couple of the care givers. Most especially Genesis, Jessy and Roxanne. Roxanne was useless as a care giver. My device has been horrible since Roxanne insisted upon using it to sign out from her shift; while at Stop & Shop! Some Care Givers complained that their managers only cared about the money. Good Luck!

I just want to ask a question but the Ask link is not working. My question is: why are clients required to allow care givers to use the clieht's phone to sign in and sign out of shifts? I will no longer be able to accomodaye this, as my phone is acting horribly. It would not even charge this morning and is opening the wrong links, the wrong pages, and posting comments on the wrong places. I don't think care givers ought trust my phone to sign in right; given how the phone has been behaving the past two days. . Also, I must request care givers are forbidden from photo taking during their shift at any time, and in my residence; without explicit permission from the client. I had a care giver insist on taking a photo of 5 months of upcoming VA aointments. I said NO, but she insisted she needed this list & took the photo. Not okay! This is a breach of my privacy and unacceptable. Meghan is wonderful, I will be working with training my care givers and request care givers abide by my needs and instructions for my service dog; to include abiding by service dog laws that prohibit interaction with my service dog of any kind, without my explicit consent. No photos of my dog. I found two photos of my dog on my phone, from recentlu, that I had not taken. This is not really a review. I mainly wanted to ask about the requirement that I allow care givers to use my phone to sign in and out of there shift. I will do a real review at a later date. This company is excellent for the most part. I will check edits for mistakes. Making comments is very difficult hd laborious on this device right now. Numerous of these care givers have alleged having very similar medical problems to myself. I have done my best to provide them helpful information. I have had this agency for several months & this is the first time I had a care giver insisted they needed my phone to sign in/out. My phone misbehaved very poorly for the next few days. I was never informed of this policy until after the caregiver used my phone, which took her quite some time. I do not agree to this policy. Another care giver is not keeping her hours. Missed hours are then given to other clients, although I really like this care giver and hope we can work things out. But this is also not unaccektable. Copying my appointment list for 5 months without my clear consent and after I said no, is not okay. I was coerced into allowing this when I was obviously very uncomfortable with this. I was NOT informed of any need to use my phone until after it occured. I do appreciate that this company seeks to provide excellent care! Also, I have mostly been happy with the care, and Meghan has been wonderful. The main problems have been with identity and privacy issues, which the agency has been very supportive of me when problems have arisen. I prefer to work things out directly with care givers, if at all possible. If not, Meghan is very helpful. I make my own mistakes, which I am open about and am working to improve. Especially with the New Year. I have liked all of the care givers until an obvious problem occured that demanded addressing. I am having trouble editing my profile. I repeqtedky correct new mis-corrections after proof reading reviews and my profile. I had my last name on my profile, which was removed, unbeknownst to me. My name is Amy S Maier, retired USAmy Captain, & USMA 83 pioneer woman West Point graduate. I am grateful I had an excellent military career until forced to medically retire, 9/1990. Happy New Year's to ALL!

Mike Carey took such great care of my dad. He was very compassionate and thoughtful, and it was genuine. Mike isn't the kind of guy that sees this as just a job. He truly cares for his clients/patients. He goes out of his way to make the visits special. My dad always feels like a person with Mike, not like a patient. I've become friendly with him through our interactions and found that we have a lot in common. My faith shapes how I see and treat people, and I have much respect for Mike. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help at home. Truly a great guy.

We have been using Always Best for home health aides for several years now, and greatly appreciate the care they use in picking someone to work with my father. Jackie, Ty and Carolyn are very caring professionals who are kind and attentive, and provide good care to him in his home whether it be during the day or overnight as we need additional help. Always Best supervisors have been sure to check in with us and they follow up quickly when I have questions. I would recommend their services and these caregivers.
