The facility is very nice. There is some construction going on but I haven't heard any noise coming from the area. The staff has been fantastic, although slightly understaffed. I would highly recomend this facility.

My experience is always beautiful visiting my mom at the Hebrew home. She tells me she’s always well taken care of and not to worry about her. She know I’m busy working at Maple View Manor, which is your sister‘s home so I know she’s under the best care, thank you guys-so much. We transferred my wife from Raleigh NC after a serious fall. The transfer was after hours but the Hebrew Center already had a room all set up and a wheel chair with her name on it at the door. We were taken directly to her room and completely taken care of. She was brought a hot meal even though it was way after normal meal hours. Every one we have met has been kind and very helpful. I would recommend the Hebrew Center to anyone. It is a beautiful place and the staff very friendly and helpful. They go way above beyond the norm.

I made the difficult decision to put my mom Iris at Hebrew. I visited many facilities and felt comfortable with this one in particular. I asked so many questions and they answered each and every one of them. My mom unfortunately passed away this past Monday, but she was well taken care of by Karen, Jocelyn, Taniesha, Nichole, Sandi, and all staff at 2S. I will forever cherish each and every one of you. Thank you so much! I couldn’t have been more happier to choose this location!

My father was there in November 2024 and they didn't took care of my father properly. Every time I called, the nurse will tell me different stories and a bunch of lies. I told them at the beginning when he was admitted of my dad's condition to prevent something from happening. Everytime I called I asked if someone was with my dad because he's a high fall risk and that his legs after the stroke was weak that he is a 1 on 1 patient. The nurses whenever I called told me that he was asleep or that he was walking around. When I asked if he was alone they said yes and as soon as she said that I told them about his conditions again and they got scare and then change the story saying that he was with a nurse.So when I went there in one of my visits, my father hygiene was poor since they didn't gave him a shower and I keep asking them when they were going to shower him. So because I asked, before my next visit they give him a shower , but they put someone elses clothes even tho I brought him new clean clothes and labeled with his name and one of the shoes was gone. I asked my dad how they treated him and he didn't like it. And I asked him if he got someone with him all the time and he said No that he's always by himself. I asked him all what the nurse on the phone was telling me of he's where about and he said that all was a lie. When I went on my next visit on a Sunday they let us wait for like more than an hour because something happened with the fire alarm and we needed to wait outside. After that when everything was ready to go in. It was another wait time inside the waiting area. When I finally when inside I notice my dad in a dark room sitting against the glass sad and lost. And then my husband noticed a big bump in his head by the right temple. I when to see him and there were blood on it and "nobody knew nothing even with cameras inside", they couldn't give me an explanation. They were hiding stuff from me and covering their back.They got nervous and started "Loking for a note" to see what had happened to him. "Nobody knew anything at all and no notes about the situation with him". I was so pissed and started cursing and demanding an explanation and the video of his room where my dad told me it happened and they didn't let me see nothing.They said "the cameras didn't work or wasn't on", what a coincidence and so convenience for them. I took my dad out of there for good. Not a good experience for me and my Dad. After that he's so affraid to go into another place. Everyone is different and maybe other people will have a better experienced. But as for me and my dad was not a good place. Update: I know exactly where it was and don’t you try to make other people think that I’m confuse, because I’m not. I got pictures that I took when I was there. This is the right place where it happened. Now tell me that I’m wrong. Don’t try to cover what’s going on in there.😡 I don’t need to contact you at all. That’s my dad and the bruise/bump and dry blood he got. I also marked where the entrance is and I used to park by the bushes in the back and also we sat at the picnic tables you guys have there. Who’s confused????🙄😡
