Visited three times last month when my father had short term rehab after his hospital surgery. The place was so clean, the rooms were big. The APRN saw him often. Can't say enough about the social worker that helped him get home. Even all the office people were friendly and seemed to be happy to be doing their jobs.

Visited my uncle here for the holidays. It was very clean and the people were friendly. He’s been happy here. God bless the caregivers.

I would to thank the Administration and team of Saint Mary Home for their leadership and commitment in making everyone feel welcome. I was impressed with the thanksgiving Pie that I received today. It looks delicious and I am sure me and family will enjoy. Happy Thanksgiving to the entire staff at Saint Mary Home. Love much ❤️❌🅾️

If I could give this place a negative 10, I would. I have to say that I was completely surprised at the horrible care my mother received at St. Mary Home. Years ago this was a good place. Not anymore. The staff were obviously miserable and didn't like working there. The physical therapy and occupational therapy was completely inadequate and the people who provided the services were very unhappy people who were unkind to my mother. I can't explain further, but if I posted here about the actual treatment that my mother received from the PT person, all of you would be outraged. When I left a detailed message of the occurrence, the head of the facility never reached back to me. Anytime I (or my mother's private duty nurse) would go into the hallway to ask for help, the people on duty would scatter like roaches in the light. There were a couple of people who were nice, but by and large the staff was unfriendly, rude and did not do their jobs well. When my sister asked what would happen if my mother needed assistance to go to the bathroom at night, the response was that since she was wearing Depends, she could just go in her pants. My mother's private duty nurse would come in every morning and many times my mother would be wet. That's reprehensible, if not a crime! The semi-private rooms were actually fine. TheTV was horrible...all fuzzy and very few channels to watch. Very disappointing...and they should NOT have the 4 star rating they have. Stay away.
