If I could give a rating, it’ll be no stars. This company was good at first, but then as the weeks went on, they were unreliable. At first they hands-on with the patient helping people getting out of bed into their wheelchair. Then the next thing they can’t do it anymore they can’t lift no more than 10 pounds. Which is ridiculous. My grandmother is only 100 pound .. When I called to this company I spoke to the supervisor I told her my grandmother needs a hands-on person. It was great in the beginning all of a sudden they’re not allowed to lift no more than 10 pounds which doesn’t do me any good. And doesn’t do my grandmother any good either. The staff here is useless to the point where they black ball, my grandmother. My grandmother is pretty much in the voucher for the rest of her life. Is it too hard to ask a company to do the right thing? I’m very disappointed in this company and will not recommend anyone to go here. Since the Customer isn’t related to them they do not care.
