Recently went under new management and it has changed alot I've seen. Cookouts and new exterior upgrades , alot cleaner and i see staff engaging with the residents alot I've been calling trying to get my mother in there but there aren't any availabilities

The new owners treat their staff terrible, so unprofessional, so disgusting. Clock it. They also treat their residents bad and do not follow state laws… they got mice yall.

What kind of a place is this? If the residents wish to smoke, they have to sit at the curb of a busy avenue. VERY DANGEROUS!. These residents have a tough enough life. Having a safe place to smoke in not asking very much.
