My mother loves being at Glendale. She loves the food too! George the Director of the Kitchen is very nice, kind and accommodating to everyone and their dietary preferences. My sister and I are Very Happy with the Staff and their warmness and friendliness!

Me and my son picked 2 seniors for gifting for Christmas. I’m not one to do this but now it’s been 7 weeks and the resident has still yet received her gift nor have we got any answers to were it is. My son was over the moon dropping these items off. We were told the resident went out with family and they’ll make sure she receives it when she gets back… 7 weeks later nothing still. Not even a call back. First time I call I get disconnected. I guess it’s time to file a police report because now it’s considering stealing from an older. Maybe I’ll look into Ombudsman because what else are you guys stealing….

Recently I went to Glendale after a second surgery in a month and a half. The first was a knee replacement and the second was due to a very bad infection I had in my knee, and it needed to be reopened, flushed and checked. I need to be on intervenous antibiotics every 8 hours for 6 weeks and I was very week and tired. Thank God I chose to go to Glendale as I received excellent care by the entire staff, the aides, the nurses, the physical and occupational therapists and everyone else there. It is very clean, and everyone was very caring and friendly. It is an excellent facility for rehabilitation services as they monitor your health and help you to recuperate. They prepared me to be able to come home within 2 weeks and taught me how to even do my own intervenous antibiotics. Thank you to the staff who took care of me! I highly recommend Glendale!

Glendale Nursing Home was an absolute pleasure to visit. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The positive experience continued all the way to the kitchen, where Stanley was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and professional. I also had the opportunity to meet Maurice, who was truly spectacular. The entire visit exceeded my expectations. Thank you for maintaining such a warm, friendly, and well-run environment. Keep up the great work!

My mother in-law was at Glendale for almost 5 weeks and we just want to say that the experience overall was great! While yes, there were some times of short staff, a couple cold meals and some grumpy people (on both sides of the counters lol) but she was treated very well as were the rest of the family. We were there daily and the staff were very welcoming! Our family is extremely grateful for each and every person we interacted with. Blessings to all of you!
