The entire staff is amazing! Every person we have dealt with has shown care and compassion with my Nana. In our two weeks here so far they have gone above and beyond to make her stay as comfortable as possible.

I wanted to give special things to the director of nursing Tiffany Celeste, Tonya, Francis in so many more they may CNA week so amazing. Every day was amazing. They went above and beyond out of their way to let us know we were appreciated as CNA‘s at Regency at Livonia . Everything they did for us was so thoughtful all week. It was nothing but smiles and appreciation. They came in hours before their shift to make sure our day was special not to leave out. They are amazing nurses and would give them a 10 star.

Hello. My name is Rosalyn, and my son is a resident at Regency at Livonia. Stacy, the wound nurse has been treating my son for a pretty deep wound on his backside and has been doing a phenomenal job. His wound is healing well the wound doctor agrees that Stacy is amazing with her care. Nurse Stacy has also been able to obtain products to further enhance the healing process. I am very pleased. Continue your mission Nurse Stacey caring for those who need you.

Navigating the administrative and care-planning side of a nursing home can be incredibly overwhelming. I am so grateful to NaQuita Held, the MDS Coordinator. NaQuita took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, breaking down complex details with so much patience and clarity. Her expertise and willingness to help made a stressful process feel manageable and transparent. A very extra, special thank you goes out to the midnight shift nurses. It takes a unique level of dedication to provide such attentive, high-quality care through the quiet hours of the night. Knowing that our loved one is safe, monitored, and treated with the utmost tenderness while the world is asleep means more to our family than words can say. You are absolute rockstars. If you are looking for a facility that treats your family like their own, look no further. The clean environment, engaging activities, and—most importantly—the stellar staff across all shifts make this place a true blessing. Thank you all for everything you do!

My brother was placed at Recency of Livonia, for his rehab from Corewell This place is amazing. Nurse supervisor Francis is a very special lady.. Her knowledge and her management of the facility is awesome. Francis spent her time educating me on the rehab program and answered all my questions. One of Francis' qualities is she always consistent. Everytime I go there Francis is pleasant and has answers for us. Francis is a real asset to Regency of Livonia.
