My family member has been living here for some time now, and we’ve had a very positive experience. What stands out the most is the staff — they are caring, compassionate, and always treat residents with kindness and respect. The nurses and caregivers take the time to make families feel informed and comfortable, which means a lot during such an important stage of life. It gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is being well looked after every day. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from everyone at the facility.

I am a Liasion and I can honestly say out of all the nursing facilities I have patients in Sheffield Manor patients only have great things to say. One of my patients transferred from a facility and transferred to Sheffield Manor. When I tell you she is a testimony to the great care and compassion that is given there. I absolutely love the social worker Cornelius. Keep up the great care Sheffield Manor employees!

Don't judge a book by it's cover. It's not about the location, it's about the care. And Sheffield Manor nails it right on the money. Perfection is about perspective, where nothing is perfect...they come close to it. My Mom transitioned here to recover from an unfortunate accident. And, where I thought this would probably be a huge downfall for her...at this stage in life based on her cognitive and physical ailements. She seems to have a found a new lease on life. My Mom has become more engaging and lively since coming here. She enjoys her interactions with the staff and other residents. My Mom has always told me to never put her in a Nursing Home. But since she's been here, she's told me she's home again and to let her be. Things happen in life that may seem like it's the end. It's not, it's just the beginning of a new journey for our loved ones. I can truly see how sincere the CareTeam/Staff is...with how they interact with the residents during my visits. Keep doing what you're.... you've brought back a side of my Mother, that I haven't seen since my Father passed away. Thank You!🙏🏾
