AJ and Sarah showed us professional care and concern for my father at the assisted living apartment. They took the necessary time to evaluate my father too put together an exercise plan that when practiced strenghthen my dads legs to be able to walk with confidence with the aid of a walker.

Highly recommended! Out of the dozen or so therapists we've worked with over the years, Max was one of the very best! He was punctual, patient, prepared, organized, attentive, friendly, encouraging and always professional. Perfect for my husband after his shoulder reversal surgery because he struck the right balance between being positive and encouraging good effort for rapid results, while also cautioning about the risks of moving too aggressively in order to heal safely. He explained things very well, went above and beyond in setting up equipment. Would absolutely use him again!

I am a retired physician from another state who needed home care for my 91 year old mother for issues related to a stroke who had just moved along with my 97 year old father into an assisted living facility that did not have in-house nursing care. My experience with Better You was outstanding. Everybody I worked with including Naba and Stacy in the office as well as AJ (Physical Therapy) have been great and provided excellent communication for the care that my mother required. I especially want to give a shout out to her visiting nurse Angelle Taylor who went above and beyond in helping my parents and providing excellent care. The overall experience with Better You has been one of the best in my over 45 years of navigating the health care system.

Nick my PT therapist was great, he worked me out to my needs and abilities. Did a great job explaining excercises and any questions I had regarding where I should be at this point in recovery. Nick was also very courteous in general. It was a great experience.

Max Aleshire was wonderful . after coming out of a brain tumor surgery my balance, hearing , vision, and facial nerve were severely affected. learning how to walk all over again to regain my balance was tricky with the nuerological system and things going on . PT and OT were essential to get my life and independence back. Max is very knowledgable and caters aPT agenda to meet the needs of the patient. I would highly recommend him. his expertise was instrumental in helping me regain my the things i needed to be independent.
