The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and caring from the moment I arrived. The facility was clean, well-organized, and the service was efficient. The healthcare team took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

While visiting family, I was very impressed by the care given to the patients. Staff members were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. It's very comforting knowing your loved ones are in good hands.

My experience with this facility left me with serious concerns about the level of care being provided. What I observed was not a one-time issue, but a pattern of situations where basic needs did not appear to be consistently met without family involvement. During visits, it became increasingly clear that attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall patient care were inconsistent. There were moments that were difficult to witness, especially when it seemed like comfort, dignity, and proper oversight were not being prioritized the way they should be in a setting responsible for vulnerable individuals. It is extremely concerning when family members feel the need to step in repeatedly to ensure their loved one is properly cared for. That is not something that should be expected or normalized in any healthcare environment. Facilities like this are trusted to provide a certain standard of care, and when that trust is shaken, it leaves families feeling anxious, frustrated, and, honestly, helpless. Concerns were brought forward during the stay, but there did not appear to be consistent or meaningful improvement. That lack of resolution is what makes the situation even more troubling. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and attentiveness at all times—not just when someone is present or advocating on their behalf. Families should not feel like they have to monitor basic care or worry about whether their loved one’s needs are being properly addressed. While I understand that staffing and workload can be challenging in healthcare settings, that does not excuse the level of inconsistency that was observed. Accountability and proper oversight are critical, especially when dealing with individuals who rely entirely on staff for their well-being. I would strongly encourage any family considering this facility to remain actively involved, ask questions, and stay present as much as possible. Being aware and engaged can make a significant difference. My hope in sharing this is that it brings awareness and encourages improvements, because no family should have to experience these kinds of concerns when trusting others with the care of someone they love.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Concerning Experience I am writing this review as both a concerned family member and a former nurse with years of clinical experience. I accompanied my daughter on multiple visits to St. Anthony Healthcare Center while her father was receiving care, and what I witnessed was deeply troubling. From a professional standpoint, the level of care provided fell significantly below acceptable standards. During several visits, I observed patients left unattended for extended periods, delayed responses to call lights, and a general lack of attentiveness to basic patient needs. There were instances where my family member appeared disoriented, in discomfort, and not properly monitored. On more than one occasion, we encountered unsanitary room conditions, including soiled linens and unclean surfaces that had not been addressed in a timely manner. As someone with a nursing background, I understand how critical cleanliness, monitoring, and timely intervention are to patient safety and recovery—these standards were not consistently upheld. I also observed concerning communication gaps among staff. When assistance was requested, responses were delayed or nonexistent, even during times when the patient clearly required attention. This level of neglect is not only unacceptable, but dangerous. It is incredibly disheartening to witness a loved one in a vulnerable state not receive the level of care and dignity they deserve. Based on my professional knowledge and firsthand observations, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone seeking safe and attentive care for their loved ones.

This is the best place I have ever been in. These nurses, aides, housekeepers....,..… just everyone involved in this place Are the most wonderful people I have ever met. They lift your spirits, make you smile and are so very helpful and always ready to assist you. The facility is spotless and the architecture is absolutely beautiful. A lot of these places out there can learn from this place. I am so happy I was put here. The rehab people are amazing, i couldn't even put pressure on my leg when I first came here and now I am standing on my own and I know I will be walking out of here. I want to thank each and every one of you for making me feel so special and for all the help you've given me , you guys ( and girls) are the greatest!!!!! If I loved anyone out, I am sorry but I do have a problem.Remembering names. And the\nFood..... In my opinion is excellent.My kudos to the chef. And the "fine" dining is the perfect idea to make people feel like\nThere are something special and you're going out to eat.It's too cool. The activity girls (Laurie and Sari) Are amazing how they think of so many different things to do is beyond me. I am only in rehab here and should be going home soon. But if I were to have to be in a skilled nursing facility, this would be the one!!! From the ones in the suits that I probably never met right down to the housekeepers, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE FOR ME, for laughing with me and at me (LOL) help me do things when I couldn't.And given encouragement to do things when I didn't want to.
