Laverne in the St. Clair Hall was great with getting me ready in the morning and my shower days. She got to know my daily. She was always friendly and took the time to talk. Laverne is a professional at what she does and seems to like her job.

My mom spent her last days at Regency. I struggled with her decision to go there as I really wanted to be in my moms life. She needed a lot help, requiring 2 person assistance, and eventually needing a Hoyer to pick her up for all activities. Well, I was able to visit mom daily and have lunch or dinner with her. She made many friends through room mates and bingo buddies. I love my mom and it was especially inclusive to have all that help. I will always remember Regency because they helped my mom and cared for her until the very end. And I think this is one reason, my daughter, Chantelle Hein works for this company today.

I had an excellent experience with the Social Services Department at this nursing home. Chantelle was especially outstanding throughout the process. She is highly educated, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient at her job. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure every detail was handled promptly and professionally. Her compassion, dedication, and expertise truly made a difference during what can often be a challenging time. The level of care and support she provides is exceptional, and I am very grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend this senior living facility based on the Social Services Department alone, and especially Chantelle, for the outstanding service she provided.

My mother was admitted to Regency at St Clair Shores after a mild stroke. She is young and still lives by herself, so she needed rehab to get stronger. I want to thank the entire team for taking such good care of her for the 3 weeks was there! From the Administrator, Admissions, Nursing, CENA's, therapists to even the housekeeping and culinary staff, everyone made her stay super pleasant. Definitely recommend if rehab is ever needed.

Wonderful experience! My mother was there for about 90 days. The nursing staff was caring, loving, and understanding! The physical therapy staff was so patient and caring! Other staff members were helpful as well!!! Cathy was so kind and helpful when Mom was released. She offered suggestions for other services when Mom was home. Those suggestions were wonderful!!!
