My family had a wonderful experience working with Sunrise of Troy while finding the right place for my dad. From the very beginning, the staff was compassionate, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us through what can be a difficult and emotional process. They took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.<br><br>The team made the transition smooth and stress-free, and it was clear that they truly care about the residents and their families. Their warmth, communication, and attention to detail gave us confidence that my dad would be well cared for. Parnell did an excellent job showing me around the community, and pointing out how it would be a good fit for my loved one. He also sat down with me to hear what my loved ones needs are. He had a complete understanding of what I was looking for (type / level of care, etc).

Sunrise of Troy is very nice and cozy. It is perfect for people who need assisted living or memory care but not a BIG building. The staff is very kind. I want to especially thank Parnell for coming in on a Sunday to tour a family. Parnell is the consummate professional. He is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. As a professional, I admire their care model and have placed many clients at Sunrise throughout the Detroit area.

Extremely rude customer service at the front desk. I came in to receive some information regarding the center and the lady just was not willing to talk properly to me.
