I worked with Synergy HomeCare for the last 2.5 years. They are professional and caring. They were able to find an excellent caregiver for my Mom. I don't know what I would have done without her support! I highly recommend.

Nurse Madison was great. The company scheduling however wasn't 1st week day 4 9/10/25 no caregiver at 11a schedule came 5pm 5hrs late!. Day 5 9/11/25 1st week 2 hrs . Late!! On day 5 with new caregiver found 3 bed sore and dressed and treated them which should have been discovered earlier in the week. She was hospitalized that night 9/11. Passed 9/20/25 if I wasn't here from Tennessee by 86 & 87 year old parents wouldn't have been able to ensure she was cared for. Glad I canceled my flight 9/10/25. I had no plans to post anything but was asked during my storm via text to complete along with condolences so here it is the honest truth
