Upon entering the building you’re greeted with a warm welcome and inviting smiles. I am very pleased with the professionalism at this facility. Despite the many complaints that my husband has made ( and will continue to make)all workers have tried to solve the problem(s)quickly.

I had the pleasure of taking Ms. Robin Chandler and I group to Golden Corral last week and it was wonderful. This is a nursing home were you would want your a love one to be at. From the staff being very professional and caring to the patient down to the cleanliness of the facility.

Nice facility and nice staff. However the nurse Marian or maybe unit manager was extremely rude to me and my loved one and others around. We were trying to take my brother out for lunch and she said very sternly “NO you can’t take him!”. There was no reason why we couldn’t. In fact we had taken him out the day before. Thankfully Cassandra the assistant administrator was there and was pleasant and allowed me to take my brother out for lunch. I’m not the only one complaining I spoke with other families and they feel the same way. She has no people skills! The facility needs to work with her.

Myself and family are incredibly grateful to the staff at Regency Heights Nursing Home, for the outstanding care they've consistently provided to our family over the years. In the past we’ve tried other Nursing Homes and the difference is night and day. Regency has out shined them all, the administration is transparent and they all go above and beyond to ensure great service is given on a daily basis. In my years coming the staff has always done an awesome job making sure all residents feel special. It gives our family so much peace of mind to know they’re in such caring and capable hands. The facility is consistently clean, bright and welcoming. We especially love and appreciate the variety of daily activities that ensure the residents are always active they’re always excited to participate because the activities are fun enjoyable and engaging. During every holiday it’s always beautifully decorated making it warm and inviting this always uplift the residents spirit. It is never an easy decision to place family members in assisted care, but the team at Regency Heights Nursing Home has consistently given us peace of mind. My uncle was treated with so much kindness, respect, and care during his time here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and supported, and our family truly appreciated the compassion shown throughout the experience. A special thank you to Yolanda Jeffries for the outstanding job she did. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, and she made a difficult time much easier for our family. Her kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are very grateful for everything she did.
