With 1 nurse to 25+ patients EVERY day AND night, I dont know why the state hasn't SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN yet. Got meds? You wont get them until 4+ hours later after prescribed. Nurses not showing up to work on a daily basis. Horrible food. Had a therapist who didnt provide ANY services at ALL: just dropped off a piece of paper. Staff tried to discharge a loved one with NO prescription medication -- had to go ballistic on the staff (what few there are) to get it filled. The roommate in the bed next to them was discharged without meds only to discover later that this almost sent them back to the hospital. The state sent reps here to interview patients and investigate this facility while our loved one was there because of all the complaints. There's just too much neglect and bad service to list here. The building looks pretty on the surface, but what actually happens here is FAR subpar to what the State should tolerate.

Notting Hill is such a beautiful place it is clean, well staffed and they provide high quality care for their residents. Katlyn was so helpful with transferring our family member from another nursing home to Notting Hill and having a room ready in just days. The entire staff is so kind and helpful and the meals are incredible and nutritious. Lots of activities to do and the physical therapy room filed with equipment and nurses is just perfect. I would never choose another home for our family member. Thank You Notting Hill and thank you Katlyn for everything.

My husband has been in notting hill rehab facility in west bloomfield for about 8 weeks And all the care he was given by nursing staff. The physical therapy, the food, everything was awesome. And I would suggest if you need a facility place. This is where you should go. Because he was in 1 other one, before this. And I switched him because the other one was just awful, it's not really easy to find a good facility for your loved one.But Notting Hill was GREAT!!!!!!

Choosing a rehab facility for an elderly loved one is never easy, but Notting Hill of West Bloomfield made the experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care for their elderly family member.

I recently had to make the hard decision of placing my dad In a 24 hour facility and I am so happy with my decision. Admissions and the nursing staff have made this an easy transition. Thank you so much for caring for my dad.
