My aunt recently stayed at this facility, and our family had such a positive experience. The staff were kind, compassionate, and always made sure she was comfortable and cared for. You can truly tell they care about their residents and treat them like family. Thank you to Abby and the entire team for providing such wonderful care and support. We are truly grateful.

We had my father transferred here after him spending nearly 10 days at another facility that was absolutely horrible. So far, they have gone ABOVE and beyond for myself (who lives out of state, coordinating care) and my brother who lives nearby. I began getting help from Michelle who was very kind and helpful and doing all she could to assist me during a very stressful time. Khristian took over as Michelle was out of office and when the transferring facility was unwilling to help us get my Dad to Regency, (my brother was on the verge of just getting him out with his own car) she arranged for a courtesy care wheelchair transport so my Dad would have an easier time getting to them. She has been an absolute gem. Can’t say enough about how well she has treated us & made us feel like we & my Dad mattered. He’s medically complex at the moment and has a potentially long road of recovery. It truly meant the world to my brother and I. In a moment when we felt highly stressed and like we had no other option, her compassion & offer to help, as well as the level of care was way was more than anyone needed to do for someone who wasn’t even in their care yet. They’ve kept us informed of his process and what they are planning to do, it’s only been 24 hours. We are beyond grateful. We were truly afraid for him & his life at the other place. They have been super communicative & incredibly helpful. I’m glad my Dad is currently in their care.

I am so incredibly grateful that my brother and I found Regency for my mom’s rehab care. The people in the facility are heaven sent. Michelle and Khristian in admissions were so kind, Radelle in AR has made a huge difference and has helped my family immensely, Shelby is an outstanding nurse, Scotty is such a great tech and Dr Shariff is a wonderful Dr. Thank you to everyone who have helped to make this difficult adjustment so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend Regency. It is top notch and a perfect place to take your loved one to get stronger and healthier both physically and mentally. ❤️

My Dad was here for 3 weeks. We have no complaints. Great staff and the place is very clean and organized. The social worker Ronay was efficient in getting my Dad discharged and extremely friendly. Our favorite nurse Stacy was so attentive to my Dad and always willing to help. Sassy the aid was even helpful to my Mother who was not a patient. The PT David did incredible work with my Dad to get him ready to go back home. Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of my Dad.

I am completing my stay of 5 1/2 weeks at Regency Canton. I entered because of a broken ankle and wrist due to a fall on black ice. I am leaving today. I was assigned a day aid by the name of Sassy and if it had not been for her I seriously was considering a transfer to another facility, Sassy convinced me she would take good care of me and I was in one of the better places for my needs. She made sure I could get food from an alternate menu and showed me how to door dash. (the food is less than desirable) She made sure I had showers and fresh linens. And made sure my requests were responded to in a timely fashion. Over time Sassy came through, rehab was work but in my best interest at all times, and the remaining staff that I was interacting with for the most part was so friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. But Sassy was indeed the bright sparkle of the days. Thank you for the care, it takes a special person to do this job day in and day out. I had several that are blessed with the ability to care for those that can't do for themselves. I wish I could name them all because I am grateful for them from nursing staff to therapy, thank you for all of your help getting myself to this point.
