The staff took such good care of my mom. I felt she was so safe and well cared for every moment. From the cleaners, to the care staff, to the leadership, every person knew her name and showed her kindness and good care. I am so grateful to know how good she was treated. I am beyond impressed with the Regency at Bluffs Park. We have never had a family member at a skilled nursing facility so we weren’t sure what to expect. My family member was there for 10 days following a 2 week hospital stay. Here were the highlights - amazing PT/OT. They had my family member motivated and they gained considerable strength back before they went home. -the nurses were highly skilled. They had a specific wound care nurse that helped a lot. -the activities were super cute! -all the staff members were so nice. They were very helpful. I am so grateful for the social worker. She really helped navigate insurance and home health after my family member was discharged. -the administer was so kind and took care of our family. We are so thankful for this good experience!

I just want to say my experience here was awesome. Very friendly staff all around. Would like to mention Erica the chef and the nutritionist for working diligently on my special diet. Also like to give shout out to nursing, cleaning, laundry. My OT Betty is the best, she kicked my a**. PT also built up my strength. Lastly to the lady in pink 🩷. Thank you all and God bless. This place is Great my grandmother was admitted, and she has gotten good care. The staff is friendly Kaylan was extremely helpful and patient. Even though I hope not to see this place after her incident I would recommend to others Thank you Regency !

I was a patient for 12 days at Regency. As a retired RN from U of M, I had hoped for high standards. They were met! PT &OT were excellent with therapists working well together in a friendly, supportive environment. Nursing care was very good although slow to answer call lights at times. The staff took time to speak with me and I didn't meet any staff that wasn't pleasant and helpful. If needed, be I'd be grateful to be able to return to a private room!
