Ohana means family, not only by blood it can include anyone that we come across on our path that makes a significant impact on our lives. Village Caregiving is an amazing company, the drive and compassion that they have for their clients and staff cannot be matched. Working for Village Caregiving doesn’t make you feel like just another player on the team, you feel like an asset. Putting trust into an unknown person for a dearly loved one can be scary, it’s a huge transition for your loved one and yourself. I can honestly say that Village Caregiving is very compassionate and attentive company who will be supportive of all of your needs. I myself have young children and have to work, so I look into those type of things when choosing care. Their harmony, demeanor, personality, and energy is very easy to get along with. In life, there may be many options quality is what matters.

Our family has been utilizing the services of Village Caregiving for nearly a year. Our case is quite challenging and they are very compassionate and understanding. Because of medical appointments, the schedule has to change from time to time, and they are very flexible. They have been helping with a variety of services, including housekeeping, home organization, and they are very patient, helping my sister locate things she has lost track of due to her declining condition. Michael and Lauren are running a great company.

Unfortunately I have had to utilize the services of Village Caregiving, for my husband, on two separate occasions. They are great!! They have provided wonderful caregivers both times. I have found them to be flexible with scheduling conflicts while providing us with just one consistant caregiver. That is important to both myself and my husband, for many obvious reasons. Kylee is awesome with my husband. She takes wonderful care of him. She is very patient, confident and kind. Kylee goes above and beyond to make sure all of his needs are met. Keep up the good work!!

It was truly a pleasure working for Village Caregiving. This is a forward-thinking, high-tech organization that genuinely puts veterans first in everything they do. The quality of care provided is exceptional, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and individualized support for each veteran. I especially want to highlight Mike’s leadership. He is incredibly understanding, knowledgeable, and leads with strong morals and integrity. His support for both staff and veterans makes a meaningful difference and reflects the values of the entire organization.
