Oak Grove Rehab is a great place to go if you need rehab. Everyone was very kind .Ive seen other facilities for my mother and wife and there is no comparison. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with my mother's care during her rehab stay of almost two weeks at Oak Grove. The staff worked diligently to help her recover from hip surgery and she was able to quickly return to her home. The nurses (Rebeca, Billy and Jemal) were especially helpful along with all the aides. The rehab center was also staffed with wonderful professionals who provided exceptional care.

Oak Grove health and rehab is a very beautiful and clean facility. Management plus staff goes over and beyond to make sure their patients are well Taken care of! Families can leave here knowing that their loved ones are in good hands. They really aim to do their best and making it feel like a home away from home.

My father needed to be discharged to a Skilled Nursing Facility after his stay in the hospital. I was grateful for Regina working diligently to ensure bed availability. My dad’s case worker ensured his outpatient care was set up prior to discharge. All in all, his care team delivered quality care. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained.

From the very beginning, our family felt an incredible sense of support and care from this facility. Back in October, when my dad first reached out to explore availability for my mom following her hospital stay, the staff — especially the Director of Admissions — showed compassion, patience, and dedication that immediately put us at ease. Although my mom experienced complications in the hospital that delayed her release, we continued to feel supported throughout the process. Communication was consistent, reassuring, and thoughtful, which made an incredibly stressful time much easier for our family to navigate. Now that my mom is here, we truly feel it was the best decision for this next chapter in her healing journey. The facility itself is extremely clean, well maintained, and welcoming, which immediately gives you peace of mind. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome — not just as a patient, but as a family. The environment feels personal rather than institutional, and that makes a meaningful difference. Knowing that my mom is receiving quality care from a team that clearly takes pride in their work has allowed us to rest easier at home. What stands out most is that the staff understands they are not just caring for “a patient,” but for someone who is — and always will be — someone’s daughter, spouse, parent, and loved one. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and support shown to my dad as he prepared for my mom’s transition, and for the dedication of the entire team who made this process feel manageable and humane during a very emotional time.
