My step-brother spent several weeks at the facility due to incurring a broken hip. He called me on Tues., 8.25.26 to pick him up not knowing that the facility had already arranged patient's transportation. I want to extend my gratitude to Danielle Moore, Tiniya Joyner, and Ester, as I was amazingly at awe and fervently impressed with their fervent care and concern of strategically making sure everything was in place for my step-brother's release.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sarita, the Admissions Director at Portside, and I was extremely impressed with both her and the facility. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very welcoming throughout my tour.

What stood out to me most was Sarita’s genuine passion for seniors. It’s clear that what she does is more than just a job—she truly cares about the people she serves. Her commitment extends beyond the walls of Portside, as she is also active in the community and works to improve care and resources for seniors throughout the area.

Sarita is a wonderful example of someone who goes above and beyond, and Portside is fortunate to have someone so dedicated representing their facility and serving our senior community. I highly recommend her!

So far we are very pleased with the care our family member is receiving. The atmosphere is pleasing, bright with a wealth of activities provided. It's has been maintained in good condition considering its age.

As the first point of contact, I find Sarita to be very professional, friendly, and welcoming. She made the process so easy when I decided to switch my aunt from one facility to Portside . Since my aunt has been here, Sarita has also helped with request reference my aunts room. She explained the process to other family members wanting their loved ones to come to Portside. Thank you Sarita for all your help!
