Woman at front desk of 3751 was very rude when I had clear instructions from a DoorDash customer to leave it up front for a customer in the facility have screenshots of person that ordered it with clear instructions to leave it at the desk with receptionist. She had a horrible attitude about it and I will be calling corporate. I tried to but it’s July 3rd

I’ve been with the Villages of Rosemont since February 2024, this place is wonderful, the floor staff and management team really cares about making a difference in the residents lives, one thing you don’t hear from the staff is “that’s not my job” which makes life much easier being in the building when trying to get results.

I have only observed caring and professional employees here. My family member has never complained about being mistreated or not having her needs met.
