We had been unable to get in touch with our family member for over a month. A nurse named Savonia(sp) went above and beyond to help us reconnect. She was incredibly patient and made sure we were able to successfully connect with our loved one. Thank you, Savonia!

Our family had a very positive experience with Portsmouth Health and Rehab. One of the highlights was having the opportunity to sit down with the Director of Social Services, Miss Jessica Land, to discuss and better understand advanced directive options. She took her time with us, explained everything clearly, and made the process feel much less overwhelming. We are also very thankful for the care and support provided during my mom’s stay. The nursing team, therapy staff, dietary department, and every member of the facility staff played a role in making her time there as comfortable and positive as possible. It was a pleasant experience overall, and we truly appreciate all the guidance and kindness we received along the way.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Portsmouth Health and Rehab while my grandmother was there for a short stay. The social worker, Jessica Land, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for her care and her return home. She was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind. It really felt like she cared about my grandma’s well-being, and that made all the difference.

This administrator that has come to change the negative and brought her unique leadership skills with her. LNHA Bryant is an elite leader. She has also given her staff the confidence to always maintain integrity while administering care to her residents. This nursing home is on the rise to become one of the very few that respect the word compliance whole heartedly. A sense of urgency has entered the building, and you can see the level of care has been improved tremendously. LNHA Bryant's form of leadership lets the residents and staff know that they are all a team. Working together day by day to reach the ultimate goal of becoming a FIVE STAR rated nursing home. I am very proud to say that I will be watching on what else this nursing home can accomplish while under her leadership as the LNHA of Portsmouth Health & Rehab.
