I would like to take a moment to recognize Ernesta Turner and thank this nurse for the kindness and compassion she showed my mom. She took the time to help give my mom a bath while treating her with dignity, patience, and respect. As her daughter, it means so much to me to know that my mom is being cared for by someone who treats her with such compassion. I truly appreciate everything she does and wanted to make sure her kindness and dedication were recognized. ❤️

They just had a state inspection and now they are back to what they were. These are the same people who owned the facility in VA Beach that was forced to close. Not Recommend in the least. They have good nurses there, Holly being one and Jaimie. Three good assistants, Patrice, Monique, Robin, and Daphne also. Ashanti who was the head on the floor was awesome but she quit because the facility was not doing what they should have done. They never should have past state inspection.

My cousin was in the hospital and her family and myself were very impressed with the care she received. She was always checked on to make sure that she was comfortable and if she needed anything. Possibly the best care that I’ve seen in any hospital. Thank you for taking great care of her.

Where to begin? No medications for Parkinson’s for 2days . No pain meds for a day (.I had a lumbar fusion). No walking me and my neurosurgeon told me those who kept moving recovered fastest. The food was simply awful until they go rid of that cook and hired someone whocared. There was always one item from the proposed menu missing. I survived week 1 because my husband and son brought me food. Weekends saw major drop in care -2 CNAs for 40 patients.
6 inspection visits in the last three years, 80 citations on file. Inspections are conducted by state agencies on behalf of the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
