My mother and I came to he Reaerve at Greenbrier and we saw Joan and she was wonderful. She welcomed us in and did a tour of the facility. She explained everything well and how they have a huge community and connection to the residents. My mother was nervous and now she is ready to move. The facility is very cleaned and well managed.

I just met with Joan at The Reserve at Greenbrier for an impromptu tour and the residents seem so happy here ! The apartments are wonderfully layed out and are designed to be pleasing. The grounds are immaculate and the beautiful location is very appealing. Prices are inclusive for many amenities and is manageable for my fixed income. I’ll be considering this move across country for the summer. Very professional sales director ! Thank you for your time.

I have been working with Joan the past 6 months getting my sister her own place. The Reserve at Greenbrier is not only one of the best independent living communities I’ve seen around Hampton Roads but Joan really does seal the deal for you. From the moment you meet her, she is warm, professional and yet very personable. She already makes you feel at home! She is also very knowledgeable and has a million connections to find what you need to make the transition into The Reserve as smooth as possible. If Joan represents what this community has to offer then I have every confidence my sister will be very happy living here. Thank you for all your time and patience with us. Your care & support have made this so much easier for me and my family.

1st visit -settling an estate and planning a move. Impressed at my walk through, options offered etc. nice location , central courtyard etc. i can see myself moving in here. Full occupancy so there is a waiting list, refundable reservation fee if you change your mind or it used for one-time community fee and apartment rent. Flexible and welcoming on site activities, transportation etc
