Do not put your love one in this facility. They will not be taken care of & all their dignity & respect will be lost. All their items (hearing aids, teeth, glasses, etc) will be lost, stolen or broken. This facility is a joke. The assess our father on things that is out of his hand is to get more money. (meal prep, laundry, money managment, etc) The staff does not communicate with each other or between shifts. Please we learned the hard way.

Absolute five stars. From the administration to the staff , My father who has some sever dementia issues was cared for and treated with kindness and love that no other facility can come close to. The living quarters are immaculate with no signs of odor. I get a good feeling when I visit my dad that he is getting the best of care. All the residence appear to be very happy. There is a place in heaven for the staff at greenfield. If you are looking for a quality assisted living home that is affordable this should be seriously considered. Keep up the good work.
