Our loved one has been there for 3 months, and we have seen a great transition. When she moved in, she was resistant to care, refusing her meds, and not eating well. In just a few weeks, she is receptive to care, eating better, she gets bathed regularly, enjoying community activities, and making friends with other residents. We have seen genuine kind heartedness from the staff when they didn't know we were watching. It's a memory care facility. The residents have brain disease. Things like glasses or a sweater might get misplaced, but aside from apple tags on every article, I don't see how the staff could possibly keep up with every person's every belonging.<br>This place came highly recommended, and the lady from APS who was involved with our family before this move, has visited her twice unannounced. She is also very pleased with the care and adjustment. She plans to finish with our family because she has no problems with the facility, the staff, the building, or the care they offer. I highly recommend them!

It has gone downhill since taken over by Viva Memory Care. The facility was old but clean. However, recently, it is showing deterioration and the cleanliness has gone down hill.

We have had a wonderful experience with Viva Memory Care. The staff is compassionate, patient, and truly treats every resident with dignity and respect. It's clear they genuinely care about the well-being of the people they serve. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a safe, comfortable environment. Communication with families has been excellent, and we appreciate the engaging activities that help keep residents active and connected. Knowing our loved one is receiving such attentive and personalized care gives our family great peace of mind. We highly recommend Viva Memory Care to anyone looking for a caring and supportive memory care community.

The staff is wonderful, compassionate and takes great care of the residents. Kenya is such a beautiful soul, she provides professional service to the families and oversees the facility with grace and compassion. Tammi the head nurse is so easy to reach with any questions or concerns, all the nurses greet me with beautiful smiles, from Wanda at the front to the kitchen to the maintenance staff, every single one has been exceptional. It is a peaceful feeling knowing my husband’s mother is well taken care of.

Don’t bring your love one there. They don’t feed them like they .They can’t keep Staff in there because of the Mangement. And the RCD need to be wall out of there. She do not do her job, but throw people under the bus. Keep your family away from this place.
