Thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Tracy Doren and touring Harmony at Oakbrooke. It is a beautiful facility. My family and I are seriously considering it as a place fir our loved one. Thank you so much.

We reached out multiple times with basic questions about care levels, pricing, and available amenities, and could not get a response. Calls were not returned, and staff would not provide any materials or information by email. It was extremely difficult to get even the most basic details needed to evaluate the facility. Communication and responsiveness are critical when families are trying to make important care decisions, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.

As a healthcare professional who works with many assisted living communities throughout the area, I’ve consistently had positive experiences here. The staff are caring, professional, and attentive to residents. The community is also beautiful and well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I am loving my apartment; the morning sun lights up the rooms, a great way to start my day. I'm lucky to be sitting with 3 people who like to laugh. The food choices are great and salads are fresh. The staff here are always professional and smiling.

I wanted to share a positive review on this facility. My dad is in Memory Care. I have witnessed firsthand the interactions from the staff to the residents. My dad's birthday was recent, and we brought in a huge cake to share. The staff worked the magic to have everyone sing Happy Birthday. To watch the residents, sing and enjoy a slice of cake was priceless and heartfelt. Despite living in central Ohio and he is in Chesapeake; I know that he is cared for. I can send a message requesting if he needs anything and I quickly get a message with his needs. Residents enjoyed various activities like sing-a-longs. It is impressive to see them all sing along and know the lyrics. This is a shout out to the entire team taking care of my Dad. Each of you are angels.<br>Thank you!!!!
