I went to their Easter Buffet today. The staff was lovely and attentive. I’d never been in that space before. A few months back, I inquired about their living arrangements- for about 10 grand, you’ll get a studio with a bathroom. After spending north of $150 for the Easter Buffet for two, including the gratuity- I was disappointed. The food looked lovely, but was bland and flavorless. The BEST item they served that tasted as expected were the grits. They even had oysters, deviled eggs, crab legs, lobster bisque, roast beef, ham, omelets, waffles- everything and all the things. Seriously, the only thing that was palatable were the grits. It’s wild they charge seniors north of 10k/mth to reside there and serve such nonsense. Super disappointed. Again, fantastic service, great staff! Come on?? You charge seniors 10k for meals included every month and this is what you’re feeding? Get real! For that money every meal should be Michelin five stars. Paying 150 for two people for the Easter Buffet was a bust. We consumed about five dollars worth of food. Skip this.

My wife and I had the pleasure of touring the Chamberlin yesterday with Genista Duran, the Director of Sales and Marketing. It was a great experience! Genista was a fantastic tour guide! She did a wonderful job! The Chamberlin seems to be a great place to live. Everything you need is there. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. All of the residents that we encountered during the tour "loved living there". We also dined at the Bistro for lunch. Very tasty food and excellent service! When the time is right for my wife and I, we will definitely put the Chamberlin at the top our list! Thanks again to Genista! She's a gem!

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Chamberlin Retirement Community in Hampton, Virginia, and it was an exceptional experience! My dad and I were guided by the wonderful Genista Duran, Director of Sales and Marketing, who made our visit even more memorable. The Chamberlin has the ambiance of a grand hotel, with its beautiful architecture and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights is the stunning rooftop area, which offers breathtaking views of Fort Monroe and Old Point Comfort. The amenities are top-notch, with a restaurant-style dining experience, a beautiful grand piano, pool, and even a fully equipped gym. It's the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, offering everything you need to enjoy life to the fullest. What truly sets The Chamberlin apart, however, is its location. Nestled within a National Park and surrounded by history, it provides a peaceful and enriching environment. If you’re looking for a vibrant, welcoming retirement community in a beautiful historical area, The Chamberlin is the place to go. It’s more than just a place to live—it’s a place to thrive.
