In the past 2 weeks i have been in to visit a family member multiple times and have asked for little things in there to be fixed by maintenance i even spoke to the maintenance director in person as he was walking through the unit and he promised me on about 3 occasions it would be done i did stay in her room for a bit after asking him once again and waited to see if he was going to arrive in her room and he never did i must have waited for an hour but yet he never showed so i started to leave figured he would get to it some time that day but as I was walking out i see him joking around with the female staff on the other side hugging up on them and joking around with them so i left me and my son came back in on Saturday witch is 2 days after that and the issues still had not been addressed so i had my son address them for me i had not realized that a director of maintenance was treating his work place as his own little brothel. I can tell you i have been Happy with the new crew in memory but this incident just ruins the entire experience for me either hire a maintenance director that cares about his job and duties rather than fraternizing with the female staff.

My Mother has fallen twice there and each time no one answered the alarm from the pull chain. The food is horrible (except breakfast) and there isn't a nurse on duty a lot of the time. If you are an active person that wants to interact with others, look elsewhere.

When we urgently found ourselves in need of a home for our dad, we found Harmony on the Peninsula and we are so grateful we did. The facility is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. In our particular situation, Harmony partnered with a hospice agency to provide care for our dad. The staff worked seamlessly to support our dad and also encourage us. Ms. Paige, in particular, was so gentle and funny and kind and she advocated on behalf of our dad. Thank you all for supporting us during this time!

Being new to Harmony on the Peninsula with my mother as a resident, thus far (1 week in),<br>the introductory has gone smoothly. A lot of adjustments for my mom…hoping for the patience and individual understanding for her, will continue from her caretakers.<br>I do find employees to be very helpful and cordial at different times of the day with any help we need.

My father in law just moved to this facility and the staff, the director and the sales associate are very professional and welcoming. The facility is clean and tidy and the food is very nice and varied. Very friendly and professional atmosphere/
