Home Instead: A Lifesaver in Critical Times<br><br>Thank you Home Instead! During a recent family crisis we found ourselves in need of reliable care for my mom, who has Alzheimer’s. I reached out to Home Instead and they were nothing short of exceptional. Their responsiveness during this critical time was truly remarkable. Within three days they had developed a personalized care plan and identified staff tailored to my mom’s needs.<br><br>One of the most reassuring aspects of Home Instead is the quality of their staff. From the initial consultation, coordination, and care provided, every member of their team displays professionalism, empathy, and expertise. The level of personalized attention and detail given to my mom’s care has been outstanding. This level of dedication sets them apart from other companies. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I wish there were 10 stars to give to this incredible company! My sisters and I, who live out-of-town, had struggled for two years, since my father's passing, to give my elderly, now-widowed mother, the care she deserved. We contacted Chelsey and her team at the Home Instead office in Newport News, and within a day, we had a Care Plan in place so that my mother could safely and happily remain in her own home with a wonderful Care Professional! The Home Instead Team went above and beyond to LISTEN to what we wanted/needed in the way of care for my mother, communicated with our family many times per day, paired my mother with THE PERFECT Care Professional, and they continue to reach out to make sure all is going well for my mother. I have never been so impressed with a company which provides care for seniors than I am with Home Instead of Newport News! I know that my mother is happy and well-cared-for with Tracey, her Care Professional who has exceeded all of our expectations! The peace of mind that my sisters and I now have cannot be adequately expressed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead of Newport News to all who have an elderly loved one who needs assistance in their own home!

I am very impressed with the quality of the care my mother is receiving and how Home Instead in Newport News sent a caregiver to start working an overnight shift with her on the same day we had the care consultation meeting and assessment. The caregiver (April) is gentle and very focused on safety. The response is always prompt when I call or email with questions. Hiring Home Instead has allowed my father, brother, and I to get some much-needed rest after caring for my mother during the day.

Home Instead in Manhattan has an amazing staff, both in the office and in the field. Managing my father’s care from almost 300 miles away has been so much easier with their help. The aides working with my dad are kind, patient, brilliant problem solvers and we just love them all. Our care manager, Jessica, always responds super fast when we need help and has been an incredible blessing on this difficult journey. Highly recommend!!
