Visiting Angels cared for my father, and my mother, during the last few months of his life and my dad passed away two weeks ago. His illness progressed rapidly, and we were unprepared when it began. Before writing these words, I asked my mother what had been most important to her during those difficult and chaotic months. My mom said that she was first grateful that Visiting Angels were able to meet with them in his hospital room so promptly to find out exactly what was needed. They demonstrated an extraordinary ability to adapt to my father's changing needs as his illness progressed. Finally, the attentiveness and the almost immediate response by Visiting Angels to whatever my dad required significantly reduced the stress on the whole family during a very difficult situation.<br><br>All of the things I mentioned above are integral parts of the care my family received from Visiting Angels, but the true angel during the last months of my father's life was Jeanette. It is difficult to describe how wonderful, and how devoted she was to my dad and my entire family. Throughout the time she spent with my father, she was caring and dedicated to his needs, but also a huge source of support and help for my mother. During those very hard months, Jeanette's strength was so much a part of my dad's last days that my mother insisted that she sit with the family at the funeral.<br><br>I realize that the experience my family had with Visiting Angels was perhaps exceptional for any number of reasons. Having said that, the exclusively 5* reviews, together with my thoughts, will hopefully give you the comfort that this branch of Visiting Angels will take care of you and your loved one.
