I have been with Key Elements Care for over two years. I was referred by my best friend. This company has been good to my family. The aides are always professional, patient and respectful. I have not had any staffing issues, they are dependable and reliable. I decided to write this review because of the owner’s dedication and commitment to her company/ brand. My uncle is paraplegic with literacy issues. He had some paperwork that he needed assistance with. Ms.Key (owner) took time out of her weekend, came by my house Saturday afternoon to assist him and pick up documents. My uncle have called her early mornings with questions and concerns, she listened and addressed his concerns. Ms.Key is always there to answer questions if she don’t know the answer she will find out and call back with the answer. The owner is very professional, she has a lot of compassion for her clients. I am getting services through this company for my mom as well. I highly recommend Key Elements Care.

I have been in the human service field for several years and seen nursing agencies, aides, nurses, cna, and pca come and go out of my client's lives. I usually do not write reviews. However, something has to be said when you see an agency doing a great job. Key Elements provides services to a client we mutually have in common. The aide is intentive, and she treats the client with the utmost dignity and respect. I have seen the owner of the company come out to the family house, ensuring they are still satisfied with services. I definitely will refer clients to Key Elements.
