NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES!! For 2 months I was without transportation and tried calling numerous different days and times no one ever answers there's no voicemail or answering service of any kind!! I had to drive all the way to the facility just to make sure my loved one was all right because I couldn't get an answer on the phone!!

There are lots of nursing homes/long term care facilities to choose from. Edgewater Woods always goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are well taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. So thank you to all staff who make Edgewater Woods a great place for residents!

Edgewater Woods has been amazing! The team here truly goes above and beyond for the residents. Every interaction has been kind, helpful, and full of genuine care. You can really tell they love what they do. The staff works together so well, and it creates such a welcoming, comforting environment. I’m truly grateful for the hard work and compassion they show every day

CAUSED THE DEATH OF MY GRANDPA. if i could give zero stars i would. neglect to the highest degree. he was sent there after a UTI went septic, they didn't give him his antibiotics for DAYS. they didn't check on him. the nurses had vapes on the med cart and would sit at the nurses station ON THEIR PHONES ignoring all call lights. he had unexplained bruises on his arms in the shape of fingers and a huge wound on his back. none of it was noted or charted. he wasn't given water or an IV for hydration. when we picked him up he was so dehydrated that HIS KIDNEYS SHUT DOWN. he was put on hospice the next day. we lost the glue that held our family together because of their neglect.
