If I could give ZERO stars I would! I am so sick of the disrespect and the inability to do their jobs! They accused my father of over using his medicine when in reality he’s been out and they refuse to get more. They talk so disrespectful to the patients and the patients family! My father’s clothes get stolen every time they wash his clothes. My father is a fall risk and do you know how many times my father falls and the nurses just stand there and don’t even try to help him back to his chair or bed. They literally call the fire department. When asked why they don’t assist him they state that their employees are not trained to do that! What?! You are literally an assisted living facility! Why are they even considered nurses or CNAs home health aides if they can’t even pick my father up off the ground?! I’m so sick of this place and I honestly don’t even know why they are still open! They are never at the desk they never answer the phones and when and if they do they are rude and unprofessional and they are supposed to be in charge of elders lives?! Shut them down!!!! If the CEO or director sees this review I would LOVE to come talk in person about these concerning issues!

I live at Sweet Galilee for a year it’s got its ups and downs the new policy on how we pay rent basically, for their convenience has cut out debit card paying rent go to using your bank account inconvenient for a lot of us and them don’t understand so they need to go back to where we pay rent with debit card, to get around that I started paying online will guess what management had that shut off so it’s back giving our banking acct. numbers and as a. residence we don’t like it!!
