We have been extremely pleased with the facility. It is well maintained and has a wonder Caring staff from administration to cleaning staff. My mother has been very happy there and feels safe. It was a very difficult decision to move her out of our home and now we are happy we chose the perfect facility. Would highly recommend to everyone. We feel she is well cared for, has great food and choices, and she loves her new home.

One star is not low enough. Please, do not send your loved ones here. Our experience with the Executive Director of the facility was completely demeaning. Raising her voice, talking over us, talking down to us, and telling us “that’s not how business works”. Zero empathy, which is unbecoming of a care facility such as this. By the time my mom left the facility, she had bed sores and her blood sugar was concerningly high. The staff was checking her blood sugar several times per day. Each time, it was extremely high. But despite requests and knowledge of the condition, nothing was done or prescribed to help with regulation. The condition was immediately remedied as soon as she left the facility and got the hospital, where she was properly treated. Communication was also inconsistent with some calls going to my mom and some coming directly to us, with no guiding policy. Likewise, responsiveness was an issue. Sometimes we were told we would get a call back in an hour and it would take a day. Sometimes, we wouldn’t get calls back and would have to follow up ourselves. These responsiveness issues led to our family incurring incremental costs at move out. Despite a few wonderful staff members, our experience is consistent with others we’ve talked to.

My mother spent the last few months of her life at Heritage Woods of Noblesville. She really enjoyed living here, and made many friends. She also enjoyed all the activities they have. Bingo was one of her favorites. The staff is wonderful, and gave my Mom the loving support she needed. I can't thank the staff enough. Everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, food service to all the great nurses and of course the management staff. Thank you Heritage Woods for caring for our Mother. She loved you also.

In considering care for your loved ones, the most important piece of well being, is to be mindful of the leadership and of the employees. Both must be invested in their responsibilities and committed to the residents. Look no further, White Oaks is the all of this and a beautiful and well maintained environment.

Moving my mom into memory care was a difficult decision for our family. We are grateful to have found Heritage Woods of Noblesville. During her year and a half there, we appreciated the stability. There were very few changes in the management team. Importantly, they do not use contract nursing or aides. Many of the same aides who were there on day one were still there when we said our goodbyes. That kind of continuity is rare and incredibly meaningful. So many team members went above and beyond to support both my Mom and our family. Their efforts helped her age with dignity, comfort, and safety. The Family Council, supported by management, also gave families a helpful way to stay involved and informed. We're thankful for the care our Mom received and the people who made a tough journey a little easier.
