The community houses 36 residents in two residential-style neighborhoods with private and companion suites and large living spaces designed for relaxation, group activities, and entertaining visitors. A central clubhouse connects the neighborhoods and features a café, chapel, and gathering spaces. Secure, landscaped outdoor areas provide residents and families with abundant seating, picnic areas, gardens, and opportunities for fresh air.

This Memory Care is dedicated only to Dementia Care and the care is with dignity and caring<br><br>Activities are well planned and as inclusive as possible for various level of need<br><br>If you think Music is Therapy, then this is the best place you can find<br><br>All the Staff seems to be collaborative and help each other, which translates into better care and a happier environment for staff, families and residents<br>I’m glad we finally found this “home” filled with Love and caring<br>Greg Olin

Facility has nice large windows and a beautiful garden. Staff is friendly and personable. As a nurse going into the facility there has not ever been a day I have not felt welcomed.

Grand Brook is a wonderful facility. It has a welcoming and clean atmosphere. Everyone I have met has been very caring and loving to the patients and their families. I would 100% trust and recommend this facility for a loved one.

We have been a Grand Brook Fishers family for one year now and have nothing but positive things to say about the facility, the staff and the care that our father receives. We are in the facility everyday and spend a great amount of time there. We see first hand how the amazing staff treats each and every resident. They truly take the time to get to know the residents where they are now, and who they were prior to coming to Grand Brook with dementia. Residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.<br><br>We appreciate that management always has their doors open and welcomes questions and concerns. We always feel very comfortable to discuss anything and often pop in to ask questions. We’ve always been given the time to do so, our questions have always been answered, and any concerns addressed promptly. We fully trust the care and opinions of the staff and know our father is in great hands.<br><br>We especially appreciate how Grand Brook makes sure that families are welcomed and included in daily life there. We have young children and they love to visit, not just their Grandpa but other residents as well. Between the lovely family events that Grand Brook holds throughout the year to activities that all family members can attend, it’s a warm and welcoming place for the whole family! In my opinion the biggest strength of Grand Brook is the atmosphere that they create there. It feels like a home and all of the staff, residents and resident’s families all feel like one big family. It’s been a joy to meet and get to know the lovely people of Grand Brook!
