Grand Brook Memory Care of Fishers

Grand Brook Memory Care of Fishers is a memory care community in Fishers, Indiana, specializing in care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss. Founded and operated by a family with over 25 years of expertise in dementia care, the community has served the Fishers, Carmel, and Northeast Indianapolis area since 2018.

The community houses 36 residents in two residential-style neighborhoods with private and companion suites and large living spaces designed for relaxation, group activities, and entertaining visitors. A central clubhouse connects the neighborhoods and features a café, chapel, and gathering spaces. Secure, landscaped outdoor areas provide residents and families with abundant seating, picnic areas, gardens, and opportunities for fresh air.

Every aspect of the community is intentionally designed with memory care in mind. The staff is devoted entirely to caring for individuals and families with dementia, with many team members having been with the community for years. Ongoing training and education support the mission of providing personalized care with attention to each resident's individual history, traditions, and preferences.

Activities are customized around what is meaningful to each resident and promote an active body, mind, and spirit. The calendar includes live music performances, exercise, gardening, daily devotions, arts and crafts, and games. Mealtimes are a gathering opportunity featuring meals prepared by the culinary team in an open-concept kitchen that allows residents to interact with the chef and discuss favorite foods.

Families become part of an extended community at Grand Brook. Family and friends are welcome to join residents for meals and participate in activities, with the community providing support to families navigating dementia care decisions.
