It’s not to bad yes needs a lot of work in some places but other than that they are human and they try I’m a resident and it’s hard to keep everything in order with so much going on

This place does nothing to help a resident when they report issues that need addressed, my friend is there and a nurse gave him some other residents inhaler to use because my friend was waiting on his to be filled so they didn't have his to use Also the resident in t he next room thru water on my friend as he was passing his doorway and no one did anything about it. The care is horrible ... when my friend reports an issue nothing is ever done about It When myself and his family members call up there to complain about issues nothing is done about it. Do not put your loved ones in that place . They lie when I you call them about an issue they just say OK we will check into it ...bad place bad staff bad care and irresponsible care.

This is where my ex-husband is at currently and I'm going to be getting him out asap ....the staff are horrible I wouldn't put my worst enemy there . They don't answer their phones there's no way to reach anyone past the front desk if you want to speak to anyone high up conveniently they do not have voicemail options to leave a message so you have to keep calling. They are giving my ex husband different medications then he went in with and not explaining what these medications are for . Also he's on an inhaler in which they ran out of his inhaler medicine and had to order him some, so a nurse took another patients inhaler and gave it to my ex-husband to use that was inappropriate and when my ex-husband told on her she lied and said she did not do that and then told higher up that she did and there was no disaplanary action taken They leave people in wheelchairs sitting for hours on end in the hallways . patients screaming and yelling and it's just breaks my heart that elderly people are in the hands of incompetent people who only care about a paycheck and not a human being. Shame on nurses and nursing homes who allow this to happen to our family members . Do not ever take your loved one to this place . Also just wanted to add that most all nursing homes are the same way. That's why years ago I quit working in nursing homes I could not take the lack of care patients receive in those places . I'm praying for our elderly who are suffering in nursing homes.
