Primrose Retirement Community of Anderson

Primrose Retirement Community of Anderson is an assisted living and memory care community in Anderson, Indiana. The community offers a person-centered approach to care, with both traditional assisted living apartments and townhome villas designed to provide residents with maintenance-free living and access to comprehensive support services.

The community provides 24-hour nursing staff and emergency response systems for all residents. Assisted living focuses on empathy and understanding each resident's individual needs. The specialized Silver Lace Memory Care program serves residents with Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive challenges, featuring 24-hour nurse staffing, a rapid response call system, and a home-like atmosphere with private spaces and natural light. All residents have access to three home-cooked meals daily, utilities, cable TV, housekeeping services, and complimentary scheduled transportation.

Residents participate in a variety of weekly activities including ice cream socials, book club, bridge, and outings in the Anderson community. A Life Enrichment Coordinator organizes both on-site and community activities. The community features modern amenities including apartments with soundproof walls and concrete floors, and townhome villas with nearly 1,600 square feet of indoor living space, attached garages, and outdoor courtyards.

The community opened in 2018 and welcomes pets; residents have lived at Primrose with their dogs. Villa residents have full access to all community amenities, meals, and activities despite their separate accommodations. After an initial three-month lease, residents can transition to month-to-month arrangements.
