Countryside became my husband’s tomb. Only there for rehab, he wasn’t there long before he was gone. . . Negligence was unbelievable. Suffered a complex medical history, they had removed him from most of the medications that for years had sustained him and when he, a man who suffered from COPD to the extent that he was on oxygen, told them he was having problems breathing what do they do? . . . opened his bedside window in the dead of January and attached a fan to his bed railing. One of the diagnoses on his death certificate was “pneumonia.” Three times I’ve asked to be sent records from his visit there and three times I received the run around. . . and still, almost 4 months later, no records. But what I really want is my husband’s Fitbit that someone stole off of my husband’s dead wrist. Can it get any lower than that???? Beware . . . I wouldn’t send my dog to this place.
